Conducting - composer did arrive early to session - in general, good communication with players and booth; was highly 38 / 40
and receptive to feedback/input/direction from faculty - can work on projecting a stronger sense of leadership from
Producing the start of session; composer did ease into more of a leadership role as tracking went on, especially when
effective addressing performances - nice! - minimal use of left hand; beat pattern with right hand tends to be smaller than
conducting, the written dynamic and obstructed by the podium. keep your pattern raised higher so your players can
producing, consistently see it - did make solid eye contact throughout session - conducting overall can project more
leadership, and confidence and more accurately represent the written music
