Introduction

Hello Mr Harshaditya,

This proposal lays out my plan for Website Development site and will include a
description of the background data that supports the effort and provide my reasoning
for undertaking this endeavor. This is an initial draft of proposal will be include all
the details as well but could change during the research phase of the project as we
learn more about the challenges that this project will face.

I will do my best to give you the smooth delivery of project as I believe; my team has
the potential to meet the project requirement and to attend a long term relationship
with you as a digital partner.

1. Overview
The client is looking to build a website for T-shirt designing. Along with that the
website will have drop-shipping concept. Were the client will displayed his product
catalogue on the website and once the order placed the client will assigned it to the
manufacturer to prepare and packed it and to deliver it to the user location through
with the shipping logistics.

1.1. Project Scope

This system will work between Admin and Customer where Admin can directly
sell their products to Customer without any mediators. Admin is the super user of
the system who will manage each and every feature from back end.
 The Website will be design and develop for Web Admin and customer.
 The system will be develop in English Only

Plugin Integration

 Payment gateway plugin


 Woocommerce GST (Annual Subscription charges will be extra).
 The product designer plugin/Tool(Annual Subscription charges will be extra)
 Blue Dart API.
 Zoho

NOTE***All the 3rd party paid Plugin/API will be purchased by the client.

1.2. Clients Input

 The website is for Tshirt design & customization.


 The image uploading will have quality check with stars rating for the
customer.(This feature is not available with Wordpress. So, it won’t be
possible to do so. For this we need to do custom development)
 The website should be social media friendly.
 When the website is open on mobile it should be like Myntra (we will do if it
won’t take much extra efforts).

 No right click option on images to download or save the images only
screenshot can be taken.
 Money will be paid to manufacturer manually.
 Cancelation policy will be there in the system.
 On Home page it should display the message “Print On Demand”

option on the home page.
 The image will be zoom when placing cursor on it similar to

 Once the customer points the cursor on menu for instance Men then it shows

 If the Customer clicks on Men Menu then it should redirect to the product
listing page.
 The pages will have all the product categories and filters on the left side and
products listing in Grid View or List View with the sorting option on top of rigth.
 When customer clicks on particular category then he will get the results of that
relevant products.

2.1. Guest user

 Guest have a access to entire web store


 Guest user have to register during check out

2.2. Registration

 User Registration with specific fields like :-

 Email
 Password
 Confirm Password
 Date of Birth required for offers or promotions on the customer
birthday
 Mobile Number.

 Account activation using email verification or OTP Verification code to
avoid the junk registration.
Note** We can keep Either Email verification or Mobile OTP verification
will be done .Kindly confirm which you needed.

2.3. Login

 Login Module for user login


 Username
 Password
 Link of sign up if not register.
 Forgot Password Option via email or Mobile verification.
 Enter email id
 If email id is not register then message will display “you are not
register with us, Sign up”
 Email verification link to avoid the spam
 If email id register then Email will receive a verification link with a
message “verification mail sent”
 Change password option.

NOTE** Kindly confirm for forgot password you require email or


mobile number to sent the reset password link?

2.4. Search
 In this section, users will be able to search products by name, keyword.
 Basic and Advance search option.
 Search result page with listing all matched entries.
 User can search by categories as well

2.5. Product Listing


 On selecting, the customer will get the listing of all pre define templates of
the t-shirts
 The Customer can able to view the detail Product image, with option 2
catalogue or customize.
 The Customer can either select the product from the catalogue or they can
customize it by selecting from template.
 The customer can filter and sort the listing accordingly to his preference.
 The customer can zoom the product image by placing cursor on it and it
will show quick view, add to cart, add to Wishlist and customize option on
that particular image.
 The customer can customize the existing Tshirt as well.
 The customer can able to view the Actual price cut and the offer/selling
price with the short project description. And also able to view the offers like
41% off.

2.6. Filters and Sorting
 The customer can sort the Tshirt by:

 Price range
 Colour
 Size
 List and grid view

 Sort applies to all products

2.7. Product Details page (Catalogue)

 The Customer can able to view the detailed description of the products with
Product Image, details, Price.
 All the product should have Breadcrumb
 Product details
 Product Id
 Product Name
 Product Price
 Select Size(S, M, L etc)
 View Size guide at the top
 SKU (Provided by the client)
 Product description
 Zoom In effect
 Add to cart
 Buy now

2.8. Product Designer (Customize)


 Once the customer select the product they can customize it in the following
ways:
 Customer can choose the product color from the available color

 The customer can select images either from clipart or they can upload their
own personal image.
 The image will have a quality check with the ratings while uploaded by the
customer.(This feature won’t be possible in Wordpress)
 The image type can support all extension like, jpg, jpeg, Png etc.
 Customer can add text to the Tshirt.
 The customer can save the product design
 The customer can zoom the picture

 The customer can share it on social media platform.
 After customization the customer can select size and by default the quantity
will be 1 product. And can view the price and continue to checkout.

NOTE**Client will share some example of website which provide editor for
specific area. It can change accordingly to the product designer plugin used.

Kindly check the below plugin for t-shirt designer which is very much
compatible with wordpress. Let us know if you are okay to integrate this
plugin.

2.9. Coupons and Discount.


 Customer can check the coupons or discounts if available.
 If any then customer can use the coupons during checkout.

2.10 Shopping cart

 Customer can click the buy now button, product be will added in the cart
 The Customer can able to view the detail description of Product with image,
details, Price.
 Again giving option for continue shopping or go to checkout
 Check out page process, showing the cart item list
 Customer can update / delete the Items from the shopping cart
 Shopping Cart with product name, images, editable quantities with thumbnail
view.

2.11 Checkout
 Estimated shipping cost and tax before check-out(will be depend upon the
plug-in compatibility)
 Billing and shipping information collection page
 Option for change or add Address
 Order confirmation page
 Redirect to payment gateway page (Paytm, UPI, Net Banking, Credit Debit
card)
 After successfully placing the order the Invoice will be generated and sent to
the customer email.

Track Orders
 In my order the customer can track the records of all orders with the
status.

3.6. We will integrate Drop Shipping API and also general order processing
option will be there for the admin if he has is own merchandise to sell.

3.7. Manage Categories

 Admin can view all the Categories and subcategory.


 Search Categories and subcategory with different attributes.
 Manage Categories and subcategory.
 Deleting a category does not delete the posts in that category. Instead,
posts that were only assigned to the deleted category are set to the default
category Uncategorized. The default category cannot be deleted.

 Update the product list
 Import and Export the product list
 Bulk Product Upload using CSV with descriptions

3.11. Manage Report

 Admin can track gross sell for a particular period with different attributes.
 Download sales report for further analysis.
 No. of customer and guest user.
 No. of products for each categories like Men, women and Kids and total
no of products in men, women and kids
 Export Report in csv, excel format.

3.12. Manage Transaction

 Admin can view all the transactions made by users


 Admin can view the transaction status update.
 Admin can view the payment method used by users.
 Admin will handle refund manually.

3.13. Manage Quote request

 Admin can view if any customer has requested for a quote for bulk order
 Admin can view the information.
 Admin can sent quote through email and sms alert to be sent.

 Shipping API integration(Blue dart)


 SMS alert will be sent to the customer once the order get confirmed, or
shipped with this tracking no.

3.15. Notifications and Alerts

 Admin will receive notifications for all activities.

3.16. Manage CMS pages

 Admin can view all the listed pages


 Manage pages publishing and create new pages.
 Admin can add a description, title to this Pages.
 Manage FAQ (If any)

For this Project, We assume following resources will be allocated:

The website will be developed over a period of 6 Weeks Timeline for from scratch to
final delivery.

the proposal. Any other feature or module to be integrated or developed will increase
the budget.

• Final payment need to release once testing is complete and the requested
functionality is working. All code will deliver after the final payment is received.

• GST is Applicable for the services accordance with the Good and Services Tax
Act 2016-2017 of Government of India.

• 2 Months additional support for bug fixing.

• If any thing missing after the deployment of project. Stark Digital is not
responsible for website downs.

• Support post development if any will comes under AMC

• All the images will be copyright protected and will be provided by the
client. This concludes that all the images, pictures, paid or unpaid (if incase)
will be provided by the client. Any legal action taken against the images, Client
is only responsible for the same. Client will purchase the image if necessary
and can have their copyright.

• Data shall be provided by the client to Stark Digital Media Services Pvt. Ltd. and
we shall only review and add it to website.

• This concludes that the all the data, Images will be provide by the client, If any
changes required, as per discussion with the Client, Stark Digital will
incorporate the changes, otherwise all the images will be uploaded as provided
by the client.

• Similarly, content will be uploaded as provided by the client.

4. General Term and Condition


• The website content such as multimedia and text is entirely the client’s
responsibility. Such information must be provided to the Service Provider
before commencing the work.

• Data back-up is entirely the responsibility of the client. Service Provider is not
responsible for any loss of content due to any reason or circumstance (Once it
goes live)

• Service Provider would not be contractually responsible for any graphics,


artwork, data entry or web hosting related to the project unless it is expressed
specifically, paid for and agreed upon by both the client and Services provider.

• The website will be compatible with the latest version of the browser like
Chrome (81), Firefox (71) on Windows.

• Website will responsive for tablet, desktop (1600*1200)
