My list was surprisingly kind of close to the actual list with a few exceptions. The process I used for selecting
is what I thought the population of each place is. I was surprised that 873 million people spoke Mandarin,
because I have not heard much of it, but that is probably because i live in America. I was also surprised that
english was 4th, because i thought it was the most universal language.

*NOTE: This list is constantly changing and some lists you'll find do not agree on the exact order.

I think after doing this web quest I was able to see how learning a new language like
spanish can benefit me in many different ways. I also was able to see how spanish as a
language is rapidly becoming more popular which is just the more reason to learn it. I
think learning this language can specifically impact me and help me in the future by
feeding my brain and helping me connect to the world.
