Aerobic Fitness Exercise Performance
What this module is about?

This module is about how we are going to assess the final performance of our student’s in
Grade 11(1st Semester) Physical Education and Health subject. Aerobic Fitness exercise activity
uses large muscle groups, can be maintained continuously, and is rhythmic in nature. It is also
defined as exercise that increases the need for oxygen.

After going through this module, you are expected to:

1. Organize fitness event for a target health issue or concern;


2. Perform aerobic/fitness exercise in group or individual category; and
3. Evaluate student’s aerobic/exercise using Rubrics.

How to learn from this module

In order to achieve the objectives of this module, here’s a simple guide for you:

1. Read the guidelines in making the final performance of the module.


2. Follow the instructions carefully for proper evaluation of the performance.
3. Using rubrics, the final performance will be rated accordingly based on final performance.

What Is It?

Guidelines in Aerobic Exercise Final Performance

1. The performance will be either in Group (Family Members) or Individual category.


2. There should be Warm Up, Aerobic exercise and lastly cool down phase.
3. The maximum time for performance is 5-7 minutes.
4. Dress appropriately.
5. Remix of music is allowed.
