Board Resolution/Secretary's Certificate - to avail of a loan facility from Money Tree
Income Tax Return & Financial Statements for the last 3 years
Bank Statements (for the past 6 months)/Passbook

BORROWERS RESIDING/WORKING ABROAD


Valid IDs/ Passport/Visa of principal borrower and Attorney-in-Fact
If OFW, latest Employment Contract or Certificate of Employment with Compensation
Proof of Income/Financial Statements, if engaged in business
Special Power of Attorney
=> If executed abroad, must be with Consular seal/ red ribbon
=> Attorney-in-Fact should be a resident of the Philippines
=> Attorney-in-Fact automatically becomes the Co-borrower
