Professional Experience
Type various reports for insurance adjusters, searched database for driver information and address
verification, type BI Evaluation forms. Transcribed reports transmitted digitally via e-mail for insurance
adjusters, including payment requests, surcharge information sheets, photos, entering notes and billing/time
into Filetrac database.
Work at home for owner transcribing reports, including auto accident, property damage, personal injury and
other insurance claims. Dictation is transmitted digitally via internet and transcribed using Sound Organizer.
In preparation of tax season, printed organizers for approximately 450 clients, logged clients into a
spreadsheet, created folders, followed-up with clients for missing documents or licenses, entered documents
into ProSeries Accounting Software, scanned all documents and prepared for mailing. In addition, entered
bank statements and reconciled each month, created and edited spreadsheets, entered time into Quickbooks,
printed and mailed invoices, maintained and backed-up client files, as well as answered incoming calls, and
ordered supplies and other tasks as needed.
Prepared client documents for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and built petitions, researched and
printed deeds, recorded mortgages, homesteads, liens, values from registry of deeds; researched and print
vehicle values using Nada; ran credit reports, followed-up with clients for outstanding documents, credit
counseling course management, maintained calendar for scheduling 341 hearings, mailed 341 hearing letters
to clients notifying of upcoming hearing dates, sent documents to trustees according to tracking sheet in
preparation of 341 hearings, maintained client database, including scanning all documents and uploading
into database; contacted law firms for current foreclosure sales and entered into foreclosure watch list,
maintained Excel spreadsheets, including monthly client report detailing total new clients, chapter filed.
Other duties included faxing, copying, scanning and typing letters and various correspondence.
Typed letters, invoices, financial reports, data entry, processed payroll, entered and prepared individual,
corporate, federal and state income tax returns, bank reconciliations, created and edited spreadsheets,
answered client phone calls, maintained and backed-up client files, as well as troubleshot computer issues.
Responsible for setting up all vendor and payroll clients into Quickbooks from
