Q.N0.1: What are my strengths and weaknesses?

My strength is probably my ability to deal with people. I am pretty easygoing. I usually


don't get upset easily. Following is the list of some strengths and weakness I would like to tell.

Strengths: Action-oriented/entrepreneurial, Attentive/detail-oriented, Collaborative,


Committed/dedicated, Creative, Determined, Disciplined, Focused, Empathetic,
Enthusiastic/passionate/driven, Flexible/versatile, Honest, Innovative, Patient, and Respectful.

Weaknesses: Disorganized, Self-critical/sensitive, seeking Perfection, Shy/Not usual at public


speaking, Not skilled at delegating tasks, Take on too much responsibility, Not detail-
oriented/too detail-oriented, avoid risks, and too focused/lack of focus.

Q.N0.2: Have I enough knowledge, technical skills or 'soft' skills / behaviors? If no, what
knowledge, skills, or behaviors were lacking?

Yes, i have enough technical knowledge and skills. Knowledge is not a complete thing in itself,
certain set of skills are important to showcase yourself in a unique way amongst the other people
on the island aiming for a single box of treasure.

When it comes to work skills, they can be broken down into two types, Technical skills and Soft
skills. They are pretty different from one another but both are necessary to be successful in a
research. Basically, technical skills are concrete skills that are specific to my research and are
required for me to actually do my work more accurately and precisely. Technical skills include
tools and machines on which you work and get proficiency after a certain time.

Here is the list of soft skills that i have;

1.Communication (oral and written)

2.Creativity 3.Problem-solving 4.Collaboration 5.Adaptability

These are the skills which make me different and on the basis of these skills i can perform any
task related to research.

Q.N0.3: In relation to that knowledge, or those skills or behaviors, how would I describe
where I am now compared to where I need to be?

With the help of this knowledge and skills i can easily overcome on my weak points.Also these
qualities make my research task easy for me.I knew about different types of knowledge which is
given below:

Skills;

An acquired ability to perform tasks efficiently and on time such as the manipulation of data or
operating systems to achieve pre-determined results. The use of mental, physical, or verbal
processes that can be measured through testing or observation and that are quantifiable.

I have lot of skills which is useful for me to perform research work.These skills are written
below ;

1.Self management 2.Time management 3.Commitment research 4.Responsiveness to change

I can also perform my research work with others because i have the ability to manage the
peoples.I provides support and advice to peers and less experienced researchers.

Now i am at the stage that i can supervise the other junior students because i have the following
abilities listed below;

5.Equality and diversity 6.Influence and leadership

Q.N0.4: What do I need to do to get to where I need to be? 

To get our goal we must have qualities like ,critical thinking ,evaluating and problem
solving.Because critical thinking enables us to recognise and validate problems .It recognises
multiple ways of knowing and alternative paradigms.It makes sound and realistic judgements
based on evidence.Also evaluating is second main point for the achievement of goal. Evaluating
assesses the quality, integrity and authenticity of primary and secondary research
information/data.Accepts and gives constructive criticism.And the last one is the problem
solving quality ,it also play their important role in the achievement of goal.Problem solving
Formulates and applies solutions to a range of research problems and effectively analyses and
interprets research results.Identifies new trends, complex questions and broader
problems,designs substantial projects. Challenges particular hypotheses and refines them in the
light of results.
