Hi my name Jeric Torion 21 years old. I’m from Ma-a Davao City. I was a 3 rd
undergrad from the University of Mindanao, where I took my bachelor of
accountancy degree. I love photography and playing online games. I’m outgoing
person, I love interacting with people and doing charity works. I have work
experiences in different kind of fields, such as labor, office related jobs and being a
freelancer. Currently I’m a freelance photographer, a photojournalist. As a freelancer
I’m talking to people and gives me energy. Negative responses or criticism never
discourages me.

freelance photographer, I also worked in Philippine daily inquirer as a newspaper
piler for around 1 and 8 months. I’m an outgoing person, I love Interacting with
people. I am someone who believes their personality will be a big asset to an
employer, not least because of my dedication to my work, my willingness to go
above and beyond what is required, and also my hunger for learning and developing
new skills.
I have the qualities that a good call center agent should possess. I am punctual,
disciplined, patient, and flexible, and organized. You won’t have any problems with me
when it comes to attendance and my behavior. I have good communication skills,
multi-tasking skills, and I am a fast learner. negative responses never discourage me. I
have an ability to swallow virtually everything, and I believe this ability is crucial if
one wants to be good at this job. I can guarantee you that I will be able to deliver what
is being asked of me, and I will give my one hundred percent to this company.
6. How do you handle a customer who starts yelling at you or how do you
handle angry customers?
I think the first thing I do is to calm them down with an apology. And think that
I will let them feel that they are understood and I am here to listen to their concern
while providing useful solutions.
