Task 1: Review some sample business reports and use this worksheet as needed. Not all parts are
required in your report. These are just examples of what “could” be included in yours.

1. All departments should examine a few samples of reports found on Google.

2. First, look at the Table of Content (ToC) and think about your potential report’s ToC.

3. Second, go to each section and highlight items that were discussed in the lecture.

1. The Department head creates a Google folder and shares with everyone in the team.
2. Clearly name the document to this template: Gx-DepartmentName-Draft KPI Report (replace Gx
with your group number).
3. In your teams, prepare a draft outline for your report
4. You should start by brainstorming the different sections that you would like to include in the
Open, Body and Close of your report and who will be responsible for which part
