Scoring: Write your score opposite each number and get the subtotal.
1. What are the areas you consider yourself strong (with score 14-16 or somewhat weak
(score of 10-13) and very weak (below 10).
- I am strong in the Physical appeal and character areas, somewhat weak in Human
relations and Intelligence areas and very weak in communications and maturity
areas.
2. Are there qualities you consider as your weakness but other people consider as your
strength? What are these? Check with a partner. Example: A lady can say “I`m ugly” yet other
consider her very charming. Or conversely, one can have the illusion of saying “I am very
intelligent or competent” when most of his ideas sound unreasonable or illogical to most of the
people. There is indeed a big difference between what you see in yourself (real self-image)
and what is projected in the eyes of the others (your social image).
- I don’t really think so if there are any.
3. How realistic is your self- image?
- Confident
4. To what extent does it reflect your real self?
- To a very small extent because I only my best side people or depends to who I am with but
the real me is weird, shy, insecure, and childish and I to change that side of me.

awareness, there are a few that stand out. Read the following questions and write your
answer on the space provided.
I am kind to people who are kind to me. It only depends on how people treat me and I will
treat them the same way on how they treat me. I also have this personality that’s always shy
and nervous around new people.
The ability to still smile and think positive whenever I am so down or in a really bad mood.
What if I can’t achieve my goal? What if I can’t graduate? What if I can’t make my family
proud? What if I can’t make it? What if??
