GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Distribution and retrieval of the Learner’s Learning Materials (LLMs) are


scheduled every Monday. The passing of answered modules is also scheduled
on the same day with cut-off time at 5:00 PM. Passing beyond the specified
schedule is considered late. This may be one of the considerations for this
school year’s determination of honor students.
2. Soft copy of the learning materials will be provided for by the principal’s office
personnel which are downloaded from the files forwarded by the teachers. The
use of USB flash drive is encouraged; otherwise, files will be sent via
Messenger.
3. Downloaded files may not be printed in full aside from the activities that students
need to answer in the self-assessment found in the LLM and in the Learner’s
Activity Sheet (LAS).
4. Answers should be written on a whole sheet of paper (not ¼, ½, etc.) or bond
paper/ coupon bond if the activity needs more paper aside from the portion
found in the assessment part or evaluation part of the LLM or LAS.
5. For workbook activities, answers should be written on the assigned page which
may be torn and passed.
6. Name, year and section, date, and LLM/ LAS number should be clearly written
on the torn page of the workbook or the printed part of the LLM/ LAS.
7. Boxes are provided where the outputs are to be placed for a specific subject/
teacher.

Note: Please do not skip reading the general instructions so that you will be
guided accordingly. Read first before answering the module.
