As a compromise between classical and combi solution:

• It reduces exterior air flow entering into the cabinet and it keeps the cold air inside the
cabinet. Less important than in open multidecks because of the doors.
• Louvers: Standard solution with 3 different speeds, High efficient solution 5 different
speeds RUNNING DEFROST
 Air inlet from the rear part.
• Optimum product conservation, Minimum defrost time
• Minimum product temperature increase during defrost
 Defrost method: forced defrost
• Electrical defrost., Hot gas defrost available (worse solution)
• Coil on top: Better product conservation because the increment of temperature is
minimum during defrost (uniformity). Also this “hot air” is lighter and have less density
and will be on the top of the cabinet close to the coil and will not be in contact of all
the products reducing the generation of frost outside the products packages. ontinuous
