Registration procedure for Clubs and Chapter Events

We are delighted to announce that the VTOP portal has been updated to include event
registration for Club and Chapter events under Students’ Welfare Department. Registration
is open for all students, faculty and staff members. Please follow the steps below to register
for any event of your choice.

Step 1: You can find the 'Event Step 2: On clicking the 'Event Registration'
Registration' option on VTop under the option, you will be directed to a list of
‘SW Events’ section. upcoming events organized by the clubs
and chapters.

Step 3: Click on the 'Register' option to sign-up for your desired event. You can find a list of
your registered events by scrolling below.

We encourage all VITian’s to actively participate in the various extra-curricular events and
take advantage of the new streamlined process.
