Activity 18: Visualize your cover letter. Fill in the graphic organizer. After filling
in the desired information, make a formal cover letter.

Fromat: I will use is Full Block Format.

Function: My purpose is to express my abilities and experiences in the cover


letter.

Effectiveness: To make this effective I need to do the following: present my


abilities and experiences in the job im taking, persuade the employer that I am
qualified to the job im taking. I must follow the three kinds of application formats.

Paragraph 1: Why am I writing?

I need to write because, so that the employer knows everything that is unfound in my
resume also in order the employer know how much I was passionate to job im taking
also in order gives hints to the employer that I am qualified to the job im taking, in
addition is to present my strong points which is my credentials, achievements and
experiences that are inclined to the job im taking.

Paragraph 2: What I have to offer?


I need to offer all of my credentials from high school to my past job, credentials that are
inclined to the job im taking, also I need to present all of my achievements through the
year in my past job or school, so that the employers’ thoughts about you may have a
positive feedback.
Paragraph 3: How I meet their criteria?

I will meet their criteria if all of my experiences and achievements in my past are all
inclined to the job im taking, also before passing my resume and my cover letter, I must
read all of the requirements they need to an employee, so that I can get ready and
prepared when im passing all the requirements.

Paragraph 4: How am I going to follow up?

I can follow up all the requirements if I already got the information I need particularly about the
requirements that I should submit also in order follow up I should have time management so that I can go
to my interview in time or before the time.
