Elimination is the process of removing a hazard from the workplace and is the most effective way to
control it because the hazard no longer exists.

The WHS Manager has the responsibility for the development of record keeping.
Keeping an accurate WHS record will help you check the health and safety of your business and allow you
to make improvements as needed. In terms of workplace health and safety, the old adage is that if it were
not written down, it wouldn't have happened. Speech can be on physical or electronic paper. As long as it
is in the right place and accessible, how you record, it is up to you. Put in place some WHS policies and
procedures, engage and train people, and ensure that you are managing the identified risks and risks in
your business. There is a bit of paperwork behind all of this and all as important as the rest.
