Project Activities
The committee proposes to implement the proposed project activities and planning
in a duration of three months as illustrated in the below work plan.
Ageas, Kian (Team Leader) – manages specific project plan activities and
contributes to project plan development in collaboration with project manager
Amper, Abvie Jane (Budget Officer) - implements budgeting and financial
record keeping procedures to ensure efficient coordination of the project.
Lumna, Amer Hassan (Campaign Manager) - is responsible for creating,
implementing, and overseeing a campaign’s strategic plan.
Salvana, Aiveth Faye (Project Organizer)- responsible in making project goals
their own and uses their skills and expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose
within the project team

Project: The project is focusing on capacity building of the women who are socially and
economically disadvantaged because of the calamity happened to the place. These
challenges among other issues of underdevelopment have precipitated a vicious cycle
of poverty and hopelessness from which many women and families find impossible to
overcome. The objective of this project is to improve the livelihood and skills of the
selected housewives of barangay Puntod, Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental on
the new way of dealing with online entrepreneurship trainings opportunities and
enhancement of local opportunities for holistic development. The members who are part
of this project propose to use the support from the politicians who sought to empower
the selected women through skills and entrepreneurship training to economically
empower them through capacity building.
