    Subject : NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE

    From : LOCAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OFFICER-DESIGNATE


    Milaor, Camarines Sur

    In pursuant with the mandate of Republic Act 10742, SANGGUNIANG


    KABATAAN REFORM ACT OF 2015, and the SK Implementing Rules and Regulation,
    Chapter 1, Section 8. Powers and Functions of Sangguniang Kabataan, (g) Submit the
    Annual and End of Term Program Accomplishment and Financial Report to the
    Sangguniang Barangay and present the same during the Katipunan ng Kabataan
    Assembly, copy furnished the Office of the Local Government Operations Officer and
    Local Youth Development Officer/Council, all in accordance with the prescribed form by
    the DILG and the Commission; Implementing Rules and Regulation (SK IRR), Section 8, (i)
    Conduct youth profiling, establish, maintain and update a database of youth in the
    barangay and ensure the submission to the commission and proper turn-over to the
    next set of SK Officials. All SK chairmen are hereby directed to submit the above-
    mentioned documents to prescribed authorities directed by this Act. Unfortunately, you
    have failed to submit the said document last January 24, 2020 which will be
    consolidated and be submitted to the provincial level on January 30, 2020. The following
    are the list of SK Chairmen and their corresponding deficiency, to wit:
