INTRODUCTION:
The Barangay Post Proper Southside is largest local Government unit in the Philippines and is
the native Filipino Term for a village or district municipalities and cities are composed of
barangay. As a basic political unit, it is the primary planning and implanting unit of government
politics, plans, program, project, and activities in the community. A barangay Southside is a
government structure that is led the government by their respective official barangay. The
barangay official are considered as a local government. They are composed of Punong Barangay,
Barangay Council or Barangay Kagawad, and a Sangguniang kabataan chairman. Which is
considered a member of council. Each barangay has a committee assigned to them and with the
help of those in charge, they are able to implement different program for the progression of their
district. different agendas for the improvement of the barangay varies, and they can be based on
the environment, health, education, employment, etc. depending on the people currently
experienced by the community. These program are enforced to provide resolution to the
problem/issue in the barangay since one of their most important tasks is to give their full service
for the development not only within their promise but to carry them out to the people living in
their respective sectors.
A BACKGROUND STUDY
Southside Makati or the barangay are the further subdivided into largest areas in Makati called

These program are enforced to provide resolution to the problem/issue in the barangay since one
of their most important tasks is to give their full service for the development not only within their
promise but to carry them out to the people living in their respective sectors. And the background

difficulty that has been occurring in a barangay. The idea was to introduce management
information system to help solve the problem. This paper provides an efficient and effective way
to record and manage information that is needed of every barangay. And serves as the primary
planning and implementing unit of government policies, plans, programs, projects, and activities
in the community, and as a forum wherein the collective views of the people may be expressed,
crystallized and considered, and where disputes may be amicably.

of learning because it helps students learn. When student able to see how they are doing in a

also help motivate students just as assessment helps student, and even the teacher cn also helps
