About The College
Mata Sundri College for Women is an institution where we strive to achieve excellence not only
in higher education but also women empowerment. A. constituent college of the University of
Delhi, the college, was founded on 17th July, 1967 by the Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee,
Delhi State. We are proud of a robust student strength of more than four thousand vibrant
young women in the college and a strength of 175 distinguished faculty members and 64
members of the Non-Teaching Staff. With its extremely well-qualified teaching faculty and an
efficient support staff backing them, the college provides an ideal learning environment for
young women, giving shape to their most cherished dreams and wings to their creative
pursuits. We are a college offering Humanities, Commerce and Science courses to students
who come from diverse backgrounds. Our college is one of the eight colleges of University of
Delhi, which offers the Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) course, which is an
integrated professional degree programme. In addition, with a view to encourage skill based
education, we offer many skill development programmes like Basic and Advanced Courses in
Computers, Travel and Tourism, Textile Designing and Foreign Languages. Our mission is to
provide quality education to students blending it with sound values and ideals that not only
nurtures individual talents but also fosters a spirit of camaraderie and teamwork.

About UDDHAM : The Entrepreneurship Cell

With the ongoing vogue of Start-up India, Uddham, The Entrepreneurship Cell of MSCW has
come up with a platform for uncovering the latent entrepreneur among students with a
mission of providing wings to all future entrepreneurs. We aim at manifesting the latent
entrepreneurial spirit of students by bringing academic leaders, students and businesses
together with the goal of making them financially independent. We tap potential and
opportunities to assist, nourish and develop an idea into reality. Uddham is on a pathway of
striving students into the leading entrepreneurs by inculcating the reality of the business
world. Keeping the vision in line the society works zealously to become an epitome of
managerial, entrepreneurial and social values. We believe in prioritising 'thinking' instead of
just 'following'.
About The Department of Commerce

The Department of Commerce was established in 1977. This department is the

largest department of the College. It places high value on providing its students
with academic excellence, professional knowledge and practical skills globally
suited for industry, business and service sector. The Commerce department
organizes several extra- curricular activities including inter-college and inter-
department events. The Department provides a stimulating environment for
the holistic development of its students and envisions students to become
leading professionals by continuously grooming them in corporate etiquettes,
campus to corporate transitions, communication skills and interview skills by
organising special lectures and talks by eminent personalities.

About MSCpreneur'21

With the aim of proliferating the entrepreneurial spirit amidst the students of
Mata Sundri College for Women, Uddham, The Entrepreneurship Cell and
Department of Commerce feel elated to announce the maiden edition of
Entrepreneurship Conclave, MSCpreneur’21.
Entrepreneurship is the key to economic growth of the country. MSCpreneur’21
has been curated to enlighten the students about the challenges that are often
encountered by budding entrepreneurs and the ways to overcome those
challenges with confidence. It will provide a platform where students can interact
with successful entrepreneurs belonging to varied fields. To inspire and motivate
students to become entrepreneurs in future, this e-conclave will witness
established entrepreneurs from varied backgrounds, sharing their inspirational
stories of success and imparting knowledge about different aspects of becoming
a successful entrepreneur. This conclave aspires to kindle a desire among
students to ideate, innovate, recognize their hidden potential and utilize it to
become successful entrepreneurs.

customized workshops since 13 years. He is the Founder CEO of 3SR Consultancy
LLP. He has presented in Global conferences and conducted workshops for
Innovation and Value addition ideation sessions. He is certified Ideation Coach
from Cornell University of US and has been recognized as Best coach and
innovation evangelist. He has been Virtual CEO for MSMEs in sustaining and
growing their business with the offerings of ग तमान Business. He has mentored
sessions for Start-ups, Entrepreneurs of Skill India and Faculty Development
Program for 21 states. He has Association with Fortune 500 Innovative Companies
in India, US, Japan, China and European Markets. He is a Gold Medallist in BE
Computer Science and Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore and a Post-Graduate in
"Strategic Business Management" from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

MR. S. RAVI

Mr. S Ravi is a Post Graduate in Commerce and a practising Chartered Accountant

having over 32 years of experience. He holds a diploma in Information System Audit
(DISA) and is an Associate Member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiners
(CFE), USA. He is also registered as an Insolvency Resolution Professional. His
chartered accountancy firm, Ravi Rajan & Co. LLP specialises in Forensic and
Insolvency assignments, Finance & Management, Turn around Strategies, Business
Valuations, Brand and Share Valuation, Assurance, Audit and Taxation. Mr. Ravi is
the Chairman and Director of Tourism Finance Corporation of India Ltd. He also
serves on the boards of Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company Ltd., Star Union
Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Ltd, SBI Payment Services Pvt. Ltd. and IIFL Asset
Management Ltd., etc. He has also served as the Chairman of BSE Ltd and Chairman
and Director of UTI Trustee Company Pvt Ltd. He has also served on the boards of
BHEL, HAL, Union Bank and LIC Housing Finance, to name a few.

MR. RISHABH GOEL
CO-FOUNDER & CEO, CREDGENICS

Mr. Rishabh Goel is an experienced Investment Professional with a demonstrated

history of working in the Investment Banking industry. He has a strong financial
background with a degree of B.Tech in engineering physics from IIT Delhi. He is
skilled in risk modelling, derivatives trading, portfolio management etc. He recently
represented India in Israel as a member of the Indian delegation in the World
Governance Expedition. He is the Co-founder and CEO of Credgenics which is a global
debt resolution platform backed up by many credible investors. He has also worked as
a Risk Analyst at BlackRock and an Investment Analyst at Deutsche Bank.

MS. SHAKUN VIJAY

HEAD - SHEROES HELPLINE & COMMUNITIES

She is a community builder & counsellor with 9+ yrs of experience. Currently heading
AskSHEROES counselling helpline & Communities on SHEROES with the vision of
building a safest online space for women across the globe. She has gained experience in
starting communities from scratch & nurture them, worked closely with product,
product marketing, tech & design teams for product development, enhancement,
acquisition and retention. Previously worked in different settings from setting up one of
its own kind online counselling platform LoveDoctor.in & educational institutions like
Neerja Modi & OP Jindal trust.

MS. SIDDHIKA AGGARWAL

CO-FOUNDER, MAHILA MONEY

Ms. Siddhika Aggarwal has served multinational organisations and gained cross
functional experience in risk advisory, consumer research and business turnaround.
She has helped to set up the India office of System 1, a London headquartered market
research firm and served as Chief of Staff at MMTC-PAMP. She has also worked at
BrainJuicer, a London based market research firm set up in India in 2012. Ms. Siddhika
started her professional journey at EY as a risk analyst. She is now building Mahila
Money, a digital banking services platform for the aspirational women of India.

MS. KAVITHA GEORGE
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR,
COMMUNICARE EDUCATION AND TRAINING LLP

Ms. Kavitha George is the Founder and Director of Communicare Education and
Training. She is a training and operations specialist, entrepreneur and a mother, who
is passionate about creating an inclusive eco system for children with special needs.
Being a trained professional in Special Needs and a special parent herself, she is
focused on imparting need based training programs to empower parents, educators
and caregivers of children with special needs. She is Maharashtra State Coordinator
for Organisation For Rare Diseases, India (ORDI). She also works as expert advisor
in multiple forums to support parents of kids with special needs. She is an
Internationally Certified' Heal Your Life™ Workshop Leader and is a certified in
Personal Counseling. She has been an evangelist of alternative therapies like Music,
Dance and Art therapy. She is presently working on an exclusive Movement Program
for both Special Needs and Disability through Mind and Body Awareness .

MR. K. S. KOHLI

Mr. K.S. Kohli is the Chairman of Frankfinn Group of Companies. He is a practicing

Advocate, having vast experience of more than three decades. He is proprietor of a
reputed law firm in Delhi, namely, K.S. Kohli & Associates. He was pioneer in starting
Trainings for aspirants of Air Hostess/Cabin Crew jobs. He brought Frankfinn to
India’s No. 1 position in the very first year of commencing training business. Today,
Frankfinn is a huge diversified group having business interests in Aviation,
Hospitality, Travel and Customer Service Trainings, First Impression Trainings,
Corporate Trainings, Security Business, Music and Entertainment, Infrastructure and
Development, etc.
He is a Philanthropist and also Founder of a Charitable Trust, namely, Pamoist
International, which is engaged in various charitable activities. He firmly believes in
innovation, high quality, delivery and customer delight. He breaks the conventional
rules of running the business and redefines his own rules of playing the game and
makes other players follow him.
