Role played: Senior Mechanical Engineer and Quality checker
DURATION: 2017 June to Nov 2017
Work region: Electrical Equipment installations and Junction Drawings in the Fuselage.

Responsibilities handled:
o Draw creation with DQN & ECN integration, BOM creation in PASS SSI
o Creation of DT for the design solution.
o Creation of picture drawings and detailing.
o Bill of material creation.

3. Program: Airbus A350 XWB-900/1000 ATA 924 (Secondary structure brackets)


Customer: Labinal France and Labinal Germany
Role played: Senior Mechanical Engineer and Quality checker
DURATION: 2013 Jan to May 2013/2017 June to 2017 Nov
Work region: Design of Secondary structures for ATA92(S11/12, S13/14, S15/21, S16/18)

Responsibilities handled:
o Involved in creation of brackets and ramps, which are mainly used for harness
support.
o 3D dressing check and Drawing set creation for Sheet metals, ramps, stirrups,
peak ramps, Machined parts, composite parts, square bars and loaded Assemblies.
o Created drawings for the equipped brackets and assemblies of brackets and BOM
through PDMLink SSCI/PASS SSIS.
o Involved in implementation of ECN on various parts and assemblies.
o Involved in the quality check of the parts designed by the junior engineers.

4. Program: Airbus A350 XWB-900/1000 ATA 53 (Structures)


Customer: Safran Engineering Services France
Role played: Mechanical Engineer
DURATION: 2011 July to 2012 Dec/2013 May to 2017 May
Work region: Design, Detailing and installation of structural parts in the NF and CF

Responsibilities handled:
o Designing, Detailing, Drawing set creation using PDM/PASS SSI
o Involved in creation and updating of structural parts- Viz. Stringers, stringer
splices, Cleats, fittings etc. using the references in the GRM (Geometrical
Reference Mockup).
o Machining concepts used - 2.5 axis milling and 5 axis milling.
o Sheet Metal brackets are created as per the requirement.
o Responsible for creation of parts totally in accordance with the AIRBUS
methodologies.
o Involved in creation of large assemblies of structural parts and drafting the same.
o Involved in creating the fastener concepts - using HnF tools and proficient with
the usage of the same under different conditions.
o Experienced in creation of BOM through PDMLink SSCI.
o Involved in implementation of ECN, DQN on various parts and assemblies.

o Got trained on the structural parts from experienced designers through on job
training.
o Involved in updating of design principles and SAM parts; Few parts were
modified according to the ENV and involved largely in updating of the impacted
design principles due to changes from the SAM.
o Involved in creation and updating of frontier drawings.
