Examination

Process Manual
Student Login and Dashboard

Student can login using the login credentials from the Home Page.
URL: https://wilp.wheebox.com
Preferred browsers: For taking the test, recommended browsers are Google Chrome (Ver. 75 or above), Mozilla
Firefox (Ver. 70 or above).

Student will see the below page just after inserting their Login ID & Password & clicking Continue button:
If Student clicks on Examination option, the below page will appear where the student will be able to see the test
assigned. Student will get just one attempt to complete the assessment. The test selection page appears as follows:

As it is a remote proctoring assessment, please make sure you have a functional web camera or front camera in your
device. Face tracking works during the assessment.

Accepting of Consent Agreement Page and Clicking of Photo

You will be taken into the Consent Agreement Page. Here you have to accept the terms mentioned on the consent
page by clicking the check box and then click "Continue" to enter the next page. You will now be asked to click your
photo by clicking "Click Your Image" icon.

Post that you have to click "Continue" icon to enter the Test page for starting the exam.
Student need to read instructions carefully and proceed to start the test-

Student can start the test by clicking on the check box and Start Test button.

The test is an auto proctored assessment. Student face gets tracked continuously, his live video and audio can be
viewed by proctor. Following is the view Student Test screen where he has to answer questions. The test is time
bound. Student will have to click on the camera icon to activate web camera for auto proctoring.
If the Student tries to hide the camera, he/ she will be prompted with a warning.

Please note that Proctor will continuously monitor all Students and issue warnings to the Students on the
below instances

1. If any other person other than the Student is visible in the screen.
2. If the Student is not visible in the screen.
3. If the Student is not available in front of the system.
4. If the Student is using headphone.
Subjective Assessment

The test is an auto proctored assessment. Student face gets tracked continuously, his live video and audio can be
viewed by proctor. The test is time bound. Subjective questions can be answers just by writing in the text box
provided (maximum 7000 characters) OR if it is required to write answers in a pen and paper and upload answer
sheets, Students can do the same using following methods.

Methods of uploading Answer Sheets

Student can use pen and paper to write answers and upload the answer sheets using a mobile phone by scanning
QR Code or a Web Camera.

Uploading images using a mobile

Once you choose this option on screen, you will see the below window with QR Code Image.
Student will have to scan the QR Code with a QR Code scanner app. App links for android and i-phone shared on
email in the instructions. The validity of this QR Code is 1 min.
Once you click on the camera, your mobile camera will be activated (as shown in the below image) & you can take
the image of the answer sheet & once you confirm, you receive a message stating that photo has been uploaded
successfully.

View Images after uploading

Student can view images uploaded for every question. Click on “View Images”.
Preview of uploaded Images:

Student can delete images that are not clicked properly.


After completion Student can submit the test.
