 What are the reasons for undertaking the project?

1 Recycling is important
2 Must be handled seriously since plastics take a long time to degrade and
plastics in the ocean harm the ecology.
3 Plastics are also a major source of pollution.

 What are the objectives and constraints of the project?

Objectives:
- To reduce high rates of plastic pollution
- Saves energy
- Reduces landfill
- Helps protect the environment
- Conserves resources

Constrains:
- Products from recycled waste may not be durable
- Revenue loss
- Recycling sites are unsafe.

 What are the directions concerning the solution to any constraints listed above?

- Products from recycled waste may not be durable

These kinds of products are almost always made of trashed waste material
collected. The solution to this problem is to ensure that the recycled product must
be durable and do a different durability tests until they are satisfied of the
durability.
- Recycling is not widespread on large scale
Despite the fact that recycling plays a larger role in decreasing pollution in our
environment, the practice has not been extensively adopted, and it remains a tiny
portion of long-term success. To address this issue, we must act to encourage
youngsters to begin recycling by simply placing their bottles in a recycling bin or
by placing recycling bins in public locations. By doing so, we can aid the
ecosystem and create a cleaner environment.

- Recycling sites are unsafe.

Locations where various types of trash are stacked create an ideal environment for
debris development and the spread of infectious illnesses. Hazardous substances
emitted by these wastes might also be hazardous. For devoted personnel
responsible for recycling these waste materials, the whole recycling process
involves health concerns. Also, if such waste items come into touch with water,
they might cause contamination. It causes the production of leachate, which
pollutes water bodies, including drinking water. To solve this, the employees must
well trained and careful to do their job done properly.

 Who are the main stakeholders?

The main stakeholders in recycling are the students, waste pickers, middleman, and
remanufactured industries.

 What are the in-scope and out-of-scope items?

The first step to accomplish the project is to assign heads to guide and help the other
member to assign their task the second step is collecting the pet bottle then gather it in
one place the third step is gather and purchasing the material that we need in completing
the garden set the Fourth step is to do the garden set which is the chair and table in holy
angel university.
  What are the potential risks in the project?

When doing this project (garden set project) we need to gather the material that we need
but in this time of pandemic it’s really hard to go outside and that’s the risk we need to
take to accomplish the project. So that to fix the problem there are people assign to
collect the materials we need the collection is based on the location and also there are
people assign who will do the garden set.

 What are the project benefits?

Recycling plastic and plastic bottle to chair and table can benefit to saves energy, oil, and
landfill space across the world. Plastic that needs to be manufactured uses natural
resources that are nonrenewable, and when plastic is manufactured, it contributes to
pollution.

 What are the project costs?

The expect cost to accomplish the project is 17,385 pesos it includes conference, expenses,
materials it will be divided per student the total of all student is 489 so per student they will
pay 35.55.
