KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, GLORIA B. GONZALES, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen, and a resident of
BOBON BRGY. SAN ROQUE SAN MANUEL, PANGASINAN, hereby name appoint and constitute
my trusted friend and colleague, MARIA CORAZON A. ARQUINES, of legal age, widow, Filipino
citizen, and resident of Block 1 Lot 21 City Homes Subdivision Brgy. Nancayasan Urdaneta City,
Pangasinan, to be my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact, in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following acts and things, to wit:

“TO PROCESS ALL NEEDED TITLE, CLEARANCES AND


CERTIFICATES; AND TO PREPARE, SIGN, AND SUBMIT ANY AND ALL
PAPERS/DOCUMENT NECESSARY IN THE PROCESS OF PAYING THE
NEEDED TAXES AND PROCESS THE TRANSFERRING OF TITLE IN THE
REGISTRY OF DEEDS TO MY NAME; AND TO DO ALL THAT IS
NEEDFUL TO CARRY-OUT THIS AUTHORITY.”

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power and authority to
do and perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in or about the premises,
as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact may lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these
presents.
