    After learning the responsibilities and skills of a Project Manager, its now time to do your
    reflective artifact on this topic using the guide question below. 

    What responsibility/responsibilities do you think is the most challenging as a


    project manager? What skills do you think is the most important in order to
    deliver this responsibility/responsibilities?

    For me the most challenging responsibility of a project manager is to monitor and


    to control the project, because this two responsibilities sees to it that the project would
    be finish on time, finish perfectly, and that the project is well detailed.

    What skills you have right now you think will help you to become a project
    manager in the future?

    The skills that I am personally aware of is that I know how to motivate people
    and 
    connect with them. I think it will become a big help for me in the future because once
    you are a project manager you should always know how to motivate and connect to
    your team. In managing a project, everyone should be motivated enough to finish their
    tasks. Once this happen, all projects would be easy and successful.

    What skills you think you need to develop to become an effect project manger in
    the future? 

    I think the skills that I need to develop to become an effective project manager in
    the future is time management skills. I usually have no right amount of discipline when it
    comes to time management. I am usually fond of delaying my needed to do works just
    like now. However, I always has the heart to change my bad attitude because I also
    knew that I there is a big advantage whenever I do things properly and timely and that
    dreaming to be a a manager soon requires me to be time oriented and time efficient.

    What is your personal action plan in order to develop the skill

    My personal action plan in order to develop the skill I identified in number 3 is that I
    should practice doing my assignments advance or on time. I personally decided that I
    should do things as as possible, whenever there is time because doing things rashly is
    just makes the output less creative, and less productive. 

    How does this topic relates to be a sui generis leader? 

    This topic relates to be a sui generis leader because a leader can’t just be a leader
    without a heart, a leader should also have the heart to love, in the service of the people.
    Being a good project manager and being a sui generis leader is actually interconnected,
    it’s the same leadership but with the dedication to the common good through
    appropriate virtues and ideas.
