Ans. The personal characteristics of an ideal teacher are being passionate about everything they do and
being caring and understanding towards the students and competent enough to do their job and an
honest person that abides by the ethical standards also someone with a strong personality.
2. What talents and skills do you have that can be shared or used when you become a
full-fledged teacher?
Ans. My talent and skills in cooking and art and being good at communicating with children are
something that I can share and be used when I become a full-fledge teacher for I know it can be useful
specially that in teaching we need to have the students best interest at heart and this skill and talent can
be a big help specially in dealing with the case of multiple intelligences of the students.
3. As future teachers, what do you think is the best way that the government can do to
Ans. As a future teacher, I think the best way that the government can do to meet the demands of the
teachers is to consider the efforts exerted by the educators before making any decisions. Also the one
that should make decisions in order to meet the demand shall have a knowledge about everything that a
teacher experiences or have been in the shoes of a teacher. With that the government will be able to
come up with a good decisions based on what the teachers really need and not on the things they think
a teacher needed. What I’m trying to say, is that there must be someone who truly knows the demands
of the teachers and who will stand as a representative in the time of the making of the decisions in the
field of education and that someone must come from the said field and not from other field like for
instance in military or justice or other fields because the demand of the teacher will most likely not be
fulfilled because they don’t really know what are the true demands of the teachers .

Ans. We can encourage the teachers to become human rights advocate in their respective communities
by moving them simply in raising awareness to which can leave a big impact since teachers are seen as a
role model in the community .

Ans. Same as other profession, teaching has also ups and downs ,but these triumphs and failures will not
be a hindrance for the teaching not be become the noblest profession because in reality there is no such
profession that is perfect. We can never deny the fact that teaching is undoubtedly still be the noblest
profession but also toughest one because it touches, shapes the character and nurture the young
minds and molds them into something great in the Future. Also we cannot invalidate the success just
because of a single mistake.

Ans. Mr. Adrian A. Abelar is my former teacher in Senior High School whom I look up to and has greatly
influenced me to become a teacher. With his dedication in his teaching profession and passion in
imparting knowledge to students and shaping them into someone great in the future is something that
always drives me to become a teacher who can facilitate the development of the learners to the
maximum level of their capacity and give justice to the given trust that I as a teacher will do a great job
in molding or shaping lives and will give the students an opportunity to make something of their lives.
