Getting You Started!

Step 1
Search and download the
HealthArc app in App Store/Play
Store and click on “Sign Up”

(If you are an existing user and

are returning to the app, simply
click on “Login”)

The download link is also available in the

SMS shared by your healthcare provider.

Step 2
Enter the Invitation Code shared
by your doctor/nurse which will
be available on your phone. and
your registered mobile number.
Click “Submit”.

The invitation code is available in the

SMS shared by your healthcare provider.

Step 3
Once verified, enter your additional
details and click “Continue”.

Step 4
Enter the verification code
shared on your registered
phone number to complete the
sign up process.

For cellular devices, you don’t need a setup. Just verify the devices
given to you, and continue to take measurements on devices.

Syncing Up Your Device

Accu-Chek R Guide Glucometer

Step 1
Select Accu-Chek R Guide
Glucometer from the Device
Setup list.

Allow the app to access device’s

location.

Step 2
Power on your meter.

Go to your meter “Settings”, then

“Wireless” and then “Pairing” .

Step 3
Once you click “Yes” under the
“Pairing” instructions, you will see
the following screen

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device to

successfully detect the meter and that it is in
range.

Step 4
Follow the on-screen
instructions to successfully pair
your device.

Syncing Up Your Device

A&D Blood Pressure Monitor

Step 1
Select A&D Blood Pressure
Monitor from the Device Setup
list.

Allow the app to access device’s

location.

Step 2
Press and hold the “Start”
button until “Pr” is displayed,
then release the button.

Step 3
The device will automatically
detect the connection you will see
the following screen once the
pairing process has started.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device to

successfully detect the meter and that it is in
range.

Step 4
Follow the on-screen
instructions to successfully pair
your device.

A&D ULTRACONNECT Wrist BP Monitor

Step 1
Select A&D ULTRACONNECT
Wrist BP Monitor from the Device
Setup list.

Allow the app to access device’s

location.

Step 2
Bring the mobile device close
to the monitor.

(The icon shown on the right will

start blinking)

Step 3
Once you have accepted the
pairing request from the pop up
window, the following screen will
be shown and the pairing process
will begin.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device to

successfully detect the meter and that it is in
range.

Step 4
Follow the on-screen
instructions to successfully pair
your device.

Syncing Up Your Device

A&D Wireless Weight Scale

Step 1
Select A&D Wireless Weight
Scale from the Device Setup list.

Allow the app to access device’s

location.

Step 2
Confirm that the machine is
switched “OFF”.

Press and hold the “Set” switch.

Start pairing on the reciever

and confirm that “END” is
displayed.

Step 3
The following screen will show
once the pairing process has
begun.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device to

successfully detect the meter and that it is in
range.

Step 4
Follow the on-screen
instructions to successfully pair
your device.

Nonin 3230 Pulse Oximeter

Step 1
Select Nonin 3230 Pulse
Oximeter from the Device Setup
list.

Allow the app to access device’s

location.

Step 2
Place the device on your finger.

Once the device turns on, it is

ready for wireless pairing.

Step 3
The device will automatically
detect the connection you will see
the following screen once the
pairing process has started.

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device to

successfully detect the meter and that it is in
range.

Step 4
Follow the on-screen
instructions to successfully pair
your device.
