Topic: Children learn effectively from watching TV, thus this they should watch
should watch TV regularly both at school and at home. To what extent do you agree
or disagree?

Over the past decades, has never failed to draw public attention and provoke debates.
It is sometimes argued by some individuals that encouraging children to spend time
watching TV on a regular basis not only at school but also at home is an effective
approach to help them with studies. In my opinion, I partly agree that children can
learn many things by watching TV. However, spending long time on sitting in front of
TV screen might also have harmful impacts on children.

On the one hand, I agree that watching TV would help children to study effectively.
Because there are numerous educational TV programs, which helps children broaden
their knowledge. For example, the World Wildlife Program can provide children with
a wide range of knowledge about the diversity of animals. Additionally, this program
could contribute to raising children's awareness about the kind of animals that are in
danger of extinction. Moreover, children watching sports show such as football,
swimming or volleyball. These TV show may not only help children become more
interested in sports but also stimulate enthusiasm to participate in sports activities.

On the other hand, I suppose that watching TV on frequent basis both at school and at
home would exert harmful implications on children’s learning. Children who watch
TV on a regular basis have a negative effect on their mental health such as depression,
autism. Instead of spending time watching TV, children can participate in
extracurricular activities organized by the school. For instance, participating in the
program "children have grown up" children can learn the necessary skills such as
handling injuries when falling, how to integrate with friends, problem-solving skills
when without their parents.

In conclusion, I believe that watching TV is a useful method for students to broaden

their knowledge and achieve good academic performance in their studies. However, if
children spend large amounts of time watching TV, it has a serious effect on both
mental and physical health
