The checklist is prepared to guide the personnel for conducting safe operation at the site.
The safety officer shall give the permit to the personnel if the activities adhere with the
checklist. The responsible person shall be hold accountable in case of neglecting the checklist
and occurrence of an incident.

If the tower is collapse or damaged, the responsible team or
1. Regional directorate should contact demining and security
personnel for clearing the threats.
The substations or dispatching center should be contacted about
2. the condition of overhead lines.

If the voltage is identified in the overhead lines, the second step


3. should be taken again.
In case of removing the above threats, the area shall be
4. surrounded by the danger tape to prevent the entrance of local
people at the site.
Prior to conducting working in the area, high voltage indicator
5. shall be used for identifying the presence of induce voltage or
residual EMF.
Both terminals of overhead lines shall be grounded for providing
6.
Safe operation.
The GR value of groundings shall be less than 10 ohms according
7.
to BS EN 62305-3:2011.
8. The personnel shall have safety tools, clothes and harness at site.
The personnel shall not be allowed to walk beneath the tower
9.
hanging parts especially toward the bended section.
A first Aid Kit and qualified personnel of CPR shall be available at

the site.

The checklist is just set of rules for providing safe environment for the personnel. If there are
