what in your opinion goes into building strong relationships?

Every relationship starts with one’s interest and willingness.

When they start spending time with each other sharing their thoughts,
feelings, etc they try their best to understand each other.
Based on those initial impressions if they like each other and willing to spend
even more time with them there can be a possibility of building a strong
relationship with them.
Building strong relationships takes a lot.
1.They need to be honest to each other, one shouldn’t be lying to other at any
stage in relationship it will definitely ruin it.
2.They should open up, share most of the things with other and others should
be good listeners and can give suggestions if they require it.
3.They need to trust each other, If it is broken its hard to fix it again
4.They need to understand each other feelings and should respect them.
5.They need to care other
6.They need to be there for other one in their hard times and support them.
7.We need to accept the way they are, good and bad in them.
These are some of the things that built strong relationships in my view.
Based on questions that I asked to my friends, these are common
characteristics that are needed to build a strong relationship.

1.They should communicate openly and honestly.

Good communication is a vital part of any relationship. When both people

know what they want from the relationship and feel comfortable expressing
their needs, fears, and desires, it can increase trust and strengthen the bond
between them.

This leads to a positive emotional connection with other one, thus they feel
safe and happy.

When people stop communicating well, they lose emotional connection

between them and gap develops. It may sound simplistic, but as long as you
are communicating, you can usually work through whatever problems you’re
facing.

2. Be a good listener

Everyone is ready to share they feelings and careless about others, if one can
learn to listen in a way that makes another person feel valued and understood,
they can build a deeper, stronger bond with other one.

3.They should Commit to spending some quality time together on a regular

basis.

Spending quality time with other improves strong relationships.

Find something that both enjoy doing together, whether it is a shared hobby,

dance class, daily walk, or sitting over a cup of coffee in the morning

Try something new together. Doing new things together can be a fun way to
connect and keep things interesting. It can be as simple as trying a new
restaurant or going on a day trip to a place you’ve never been before.
4.Learn to give and take in your relationship

If you expect to get what you want 100% of the time in a any relationship, you
will definitely end up disappointed some day. Healthy relationships are built on
compromise. However, it takes work on each person’s part to make sure that
there is a reasonable exchange.

5. Be prepared for ups and downs

It’s important to recognize that there are ups and downs in every relationship.
You won’t always be on the same page. There can be disagreements. Only way
to resolve is to take critical decisions together.

6. Be there for other one in their hard times and support them.

Sometimes in a relationship one can see the significant other is having a very
hard time like one of their close family members dies, breaking of emotion
connection with other friends etc. Other need to help and support them.

I realized every relationship is unique, and people come together for many
different reasons. If both the them sharing a common goal for exactly what you
want the relationship to be and where you want it to go there is better chances
for relationship to become stronger.
