Description:
Myatt shop is an online portal where customers can purchase/shop for various wireline & Wireless
products/services offered by AT&T.
These services further classified on att.com portal for easy access to end users as below
Cell Phones and Devices – End User can shop new Wireless devices – like Cell Phone, Smart phones,
Tablets, etc.
Plans & Features – Customer can check and avail the various plans offered by AT&T as per his
requirements.
Accessories – Customer can purchase additional accessories along with Wireless products.
Existing customers – If an existing customer has to upgrade/add a device or plans, he can use this menu.
Tealeaf & Splunk tools are used to get the reports on real time data, and ease to analyze the logs using GUI
interface.

Responsibilities:
 Monitored mission critical application using various tools (CA Introscope, IBM Tealeaf, HP BAC,
HP site scope, KDA, Keynote).
 Involved in complex code deployments for java code, content management and making decisions
on datacenters to serve uninterrupted business 24*7
 Onshore co-ordination client meetings, SIS (deployment plan) preparations and review, Client
