    Summary

    Based on what has been studied most of the respondents preferred the jollibee when it comes to
    affordability and the attractiveness of the foods. Most of the respondents answer that the jollibee are
    more ahead than mcdo but when it comes to the speed of delivery and the taste most of the
    respondents preferred mcdo. Base on the study that the two fast food chain was both popular to the
    people but they are different on how these two fast food chains satisfied their customers. Also, there is
    a different in every person wants and on what is their taste.

    Conclusion
    This study will be used to analyze fast-food restaurants in the Manila area. As well as the perceptions of
    customers Furthermore, this research examines the differences between fast-food x and fast-food y,
    especially in the context of whether or not the customer lives in a fast-food-friendly environment. The
    study's results also have significant managerial consequences in terms of comparative advantages.

    Also, to investigate the connection between customer satisfaction, quality of food, potential value,
    service quality, cleanliness of the place and behavioral intentions in the Manila fast-food industry. In
    terms of the study's findings, the findings showed that in the Manila fast food industry showed that
    service quality, quality of food, and perceived value both influenced customer loyalty, while customer
    satisfaction influenced behavioral intentions. Furthermore, the findings of this study showed that
    customer satisfaction mediated the service-satisfaction relationship. Moreover, the findings also helped
    to address the research questions set in the beginning of the study.

    Recommendations
    To the future researchers

    The researchers recommend this study to the future researchers because this study will help them when
    they want to study about the fast food chains and what is the preferred the most. This study also help
    them to gain more knowledge about the fast food chain that are popular in this time. It would also help
    them to get an idea or expand their learning then it may help to answer some questions in their mind.

    To the future manager

    A responsible person is recommended to play leader role and lead a team. A manager should have
    ability to make food safe. They will check every single details and done their tasks perfectly. They not
    only practice good hygiene habits, but also make sure the employees have the same conscious. For
    instance, member to use disinfectant hand wash, especially when leaving or entering kitchen and
    washroom.
    To the founder and workers

    They will advertise their all-day menu and exclusive deals during off-peak hours. They will put their
    strategy skills to the test and challenge them here, and as a result, they can improve and be able to
    establish strategic alliances or joint ventures with other businesses.An alliance between two companies
    that are not in direct competition with one another will boost profits while also ensuring the freshness
    of the components, resulting in a win-win situation.
