About Us:
We are a Software Services Company. We have been in the Industry for the past 6 years. We
started with Web app and mobile app development and have worked on DevOps, Cloud
Computing, Infrastructure Deployment and Management, DB management, ETL pipelines,
ML/AI workflow management, etc

We Primarily work with Python/Django, NodeJS and ReactJS web frameworks. We work with
Java/Kotlin for Android, Swift for iOS app and also work with React Native. We have worked
with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, CouchDB. We have worked with clients in
Health, Finance, Education, Energy, Marketing, Insurance, Entertainment, etc.

Being a service Company, we choose interesting projects which provide new challenges and
give us opportunity to learn new technologies and grow ourselves. The architecture we
developed for our long term client was shortlisted in the AWS Startup Architecture of the year
2020 program.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to put in the effort to learn new things and is not
deterred by hurdles.

Hiring Process:
Following are some guidelines for the hiring process. It lists out the expected experience and
skill set required for the position. Regarding the hiring process,

First, We will share coding challenges with the candidates, this will help us shortlist the
candidate based on the code review. We will then schedule a video interview with the short
listed candidate.

Full Stack Developer
Experience Requirement : 3-4 years of experience in ReactJS and Python/Django

Technical skills Frontend:


● Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object
model,
● Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles, React Hooks, Context, High
Order Components
● Prior experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
● Familiarity with more current specifications of EcmaScript
● Prior experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
● Familiarity with RESTful APIs
● Familiarity with HTML / CSS
● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM,
etc.

Additional Skills – Not Compulsory -

● GIT experience is a plus


● Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus
● Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token
● Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements
● A knack for benchmarking and optimization

Technical skills Backend:


We are looking for a Python/Django developer who is well versed in Python language as well
as in use of Django framework. Knowledge of other python web frameworks is an advantage.
Skills needed

● Good understanding of Python language(3 + years experience)


● Proficient in Django Development Framework
● Good understanding of REST Architecture
● Good understanding and experience in writing of regular expressions
● Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries
● Hands on Experience with deployment of application
● Knowledge of user authentication and authorisation between multiple systems, servers,
and environments
● Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable & distributed
application
● Take a moderately complex problem ( several moving parts, multiple interactions and
cases to be considered ) and come up with a modularised, maintainable system which
can be developed independently.
● Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
● Understanding of multi-threaded and multi-process architecture and familiarity with
Celery
● Good understanding of server-side templating languages ie. Jinja
● Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
● Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes
● Strong unit test and debugging skills
● Good understanding of code versioning tools Git
