I ESSAY: Read the question below and explain your view about it. (5 points)
How is a person's health affected by his eating habits? Cite an example.

What you put in your mouth and eat today will affect your health tomorrow. Dietary
choices have an effect on our overall health—today and in the future. A diet rich in whole,
fresh foods will help you stay young in body and mind, but poor food choices may lead to
chronic diseases and physical ailments, making it difficult to live the life we want.

Poor dietary habits may lead to obesity, which raises the risk of developing
osteoarthritis. Over time, cartilage and joints wear down, causing pain, inflammation and
limiting your ability to move. You don't have to be obese to develop arthritis or poor
mobility. Remember, an ounce of prevention is still a lot more better than a pound of cure,
so, eat healthy to stay in top shape.

You must take personal responsibility.

You cannot change the circumstances,
the seasons, or the wind,
but you can change yourself.
That is something you have charge of.
