FINAL REPORT GUIDELINES – INTERNSHIP 2

Note: Please use the following format: Times new roman of 12 point font; 1.5-spaced and page
numbers.

1. Introduction (introduce general information about company)


2. Purpose (what is your purpose, your objective during you are taking the
internship 2 in your company)
3. Business Description (describe the business process, functions, role, … of
the department which you are working with)
4. Tasks (should be from 8 to 10 A4 pages)
- clarify what are the main jobs of your role in company for each week
- What areas/functions are obstacles that needed improvement?
- Demonstrate the good problems that have happened during the
internship such as quality problems, production problems, delivery
problems, etc. And the ways the company team reacts with these
problems.
5. Analysis and Improvement Suggestion (Based on what you already
learned in IEM School; you make the analysis your jobs then suggest the
ideas for improvement.
6. Conclusions
What are the good points you are learning during this trip? What are the
weak points you need to improve for yourself in future? Does the
knowledge you have got from internship2 whether satisfy with you purpose,
your objective?)
7. References
Note: Select excellent report - the report contains excellent experience from
industry should be selected to keep and share to members and students of IEM
school. Selected students will make a presentation for IEM members.
