cutting pressure is setted to high. YOU need to Reset and then continue with the cutting
working. (If the cutting pressure is setted too high or too low, you can adjust the value during
the cutting working.)

3. Common Settings need to adjust before start working:

After the installation of the computer control center software, there need some adjustments of
values before you start to test and work with the cutting machine. The Common settings are

After the change, test the pen and make sure the pen can draw clearly.

Chapter 6. Daily Maintenance

1. Please remenber DO NOT put any heavey things over the machine worktable in order to make sure the
cutter works with the best performance and keep the working accuracy.
2. Please remember to clean the worktable everyday to make sure the air flowing of the worktable works
with the best performance.
3. Please rememer to add some lubricating oil to the Y axis gear-box, because this part is with toothed
gearing. You need to have a check every two months to make sure the machine can work with the best
performance.
4. Please remember to keep the machine clean, and avoid dust or rag into the inside of the machine covers,
that will cause the working of the Y axis movement and also effect the cutting result.
5. Please remember to replace the double faed adhesive tape if the machine worktable is not with airproof
functions.
6. In order to make sure the normal working and also to avoid the static interference,
The electricity should be on Dreifachsteckdose with ground line.
7. When the power electricity is not stable,
Please do not work with the machine, and you would better prepare an alternating stabilized voltage supply.
8. Please DO NOT push the two horizontal guideway by hand, because that will influence the working
accuracy.

Chapter 7 FAQ

1. Connection cable not connecting well:

situations: During cutting, the power goes off suddenly from time to time
or the transformatting stops.
solutions: Re-connecting the power cable
and Re-connecting the connection cable

Situations: When power on, the cutting head keep moving and always in one direction.
Solutions: That should be the sensor of the cutting head is not working normally,
And you can open the cover of the cutter head to Re-set the sensor or Replace a new one.
4. During cutting working, the cutter change from blade to pencore automatically:
Situations: After Drawing, At the beginning or During the working of cutting, the cutting head stops
working suddenly.
Solutions: That maybe the cutting depth is too deep and cause the machine to reset automatically.
If you want to continue the working, press “CTRL” and left-click the mouse over the lines you
want to continue cutting, then press “output” and the machine can continue cutting the line
you have chosed.
5. the cutter worktable not flat:
Situations: after the cutting working, there are some parts of the material not cutting through.
Solutions: That maybe caused by the situation that the machine worktable is not flat.
The machine worktable is fixed with several screws:
The upper screws (M5 Hexagon head cap screws) is for jacking up the worktable.
The lower screws (with M5 nuts) is for pulling down the worktable.
You can adjust the tightness of the screws to make sure the machine worktable flat.
