Note: Any add-on services i.e., photography/Listing Images, EBC, Storefront Design, Social Media
Management will be charged separately to client as these needs physical resources and involvement of 3 rd
parties. These are normally listed as pre-launch/post-launch expenses.
2.1.2. Execution of Re-Launch Strategy as per current state analysis (Listing Audit)
* Any legal issues with Amazon, company structure & setup issues, accounting, invoices, taxation issues and
other on-ground issues with amazon/banks will be managed by client themselves.

4. RE-LAUNCH PHASES:
4.1. PHASE NO. 01: CURRENT & FUTURE STATE MAPPING:
4.1.1. EKASIS Consultant will plan to do a thorough and detailed review and analyses for niche to understand the opportunity & GAPs
4.1.2. In this review and analyses, the data related to various aspects of listing and niche will be captured
4.1.3. The data and information collected will be used during re-launch execution
4.1.4. The review and analyses will be enabling EKASIS to devise the right strategy for re-launch
4.1.5. The future state map, activity breakdown and time plan will be submitted to the client.
4.1.1. EKASIS Consultant will resource the product at desired margins to ensure healthy profitability for long term
4.1.2. All other activities identified during current state mapping (listing audit) will be carried out in parallel to meet
readiness requirements of launch
4.1.3. This niche is top brands niche therefore Citrinia will establish its game at the same level keeping optimization of resources at
optimum level
4.1.1 EKASIS Consultant & team execute the re-launch with smart strategy
4.1.2. A mix of giveaways, PPC, external traffic will be used to bring best out of it
4.1.3. Daily Amazon business reports will be shared to track the progress
4.1.4. Daily optimizations will be made to reach new audiences, to save money on non-converting avenues and to grab new
opportunities
4.1.5. Inventory outlook will be shared at suitable intervals with Citrinia team to manage cash-flows accordingly
4.1.1 EKASIS Consultant & team will work on branding to meet the requirements of the niche
4.1.3. Brand reach within same market strategy, cross border sales strategy* & expansion plan will be built
4.1.4. Brand reach within same market will be executed after discussion with Reganta Pvt. Ltd team
* Cross Border sales execution will be executed as a separate project as it needs separate resources, cash flow and management.
This plan is estimated in nature in timeline. After the initial assessment, actual time frame along
with the activities will be defined, agreed and established.
6. DELIVERABLES:
6.1. Sourcing completion at right margins. In case it didn’t achieve through Alibaba, sourcing will be
done from 1688.com through sourcing agent at client cost.
7. Resources Required
6.1. Client to provide Helium10, JS and other tools for reporting & data analysis
6.2. A SPOC from client team to in touch so that decisions can be shared accordingly
6.5 All previous work done on listing including listing images, content, barcodes & Labels, product
specification, labels, carton die-lines, list of previously approved suppliers etc.
Option 1:
- Ekasis will be legal partner in LLC
- Ekasis will not be investment partner in any capacity. However, Ekassis is working partner
responsible for complete End to End execution.
Option 2:
- Salary will be increased up to 700 USD per month after 03 months of project kick-off.
