    Machine learning, Deep learning, IOS & Android, IOT. DevOps, etc.

    Recruitment Process

    Step 1: Programming Test: Online test with programming questions, no prior


    experience in coding is required, we are looking for logical approach and the algorithm.

    Step2: Technical Interview: Based on the outcome of above test, Candidates will
    further undergo a technical round. This round evaluates the technical ability of the
    Candidate. In most of the cases this will be an individual round but it may be grouped
    with the formal interview.

    Step 3: Final HR Round: Final round of the selection process, where the Candidate’s
    stability and his confidence level towards the particular work will be evaluated. The
    interview focuses on overall personality check of the candidate. Once the Candidate is
    selected, he will be given an offer letter. Company’s executive may provide guidelines
    about joining procedure and other prerequisites if needed.

    Compensation details

    Designation: They will be hired as Research Analyst & Solution engineers (Grade I &
    Grade II)

    Stipend Details: Basic salary as stipend will be provided to the B.E (CS/IT) candidates
    per month during their internship period. Internship period will be of 6 months.

    Compensation Structure – We will offer the eligible candidates a compensation


    ranging between 5.90-8.90 LPA CTC For B.Tech (CS/IT) candidates . Inclusive of:

    Performance bonus which will be paid as per your performance in the company and
    will be paid once you complete one year as a full-time employee in the organization.
    Joining Bonus, it will be disbursed after completion of training period, this amount is
    recoverable from candidate if he/she leave an organization before 1 year from the
    confirmation.

    Note: We will be having bond of 18 months starting from the training period of
    6 month (Jan 2022 to June 2023), in case of failing to serve a complete bond
    duration, a candidate will have to pay an amount of 2.50 LPA.

    Job Description: We are in the hunt for enthusiastic and imaginative developers.
    Someone who can think out of the box, design creative and simple solutions to complex
    problems.

    o An analytical mind with strong logical & reasoning ability


    o Very good communication skills (verbal and written).
    o Good application development skills.
