CBSE Class 8 Practical Geometry Worksheet

To construct a unique quadrilateral, 4 measurements are required. A square can be constructed if one side is given because all sides are equal and all angles are 90 degrees. A rhombus can be constructed with two measurements of its diagonals because the diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular bisectors of each other. The sum of the angles of any quadrilateral is 360 degrees. A quadrilateral with all angles less than 180 degrees is called a convex quadrilateral. A square has 4 equal sides and one 90 degree angle. A kite has two pairs of equal adjacent sides and unequal opposite sides. </SUMMARY>
