Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, effective, and experienced IT
Admin/Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will use your
expertise to monitor, and maintain our IT systems. You must be
minimum CCNP & standard IT industry certified (MCSA/MCSE/ITS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling network operations with strong Network knowledge & skills of LAN/WAN,
NFS/iSCSI, OSPF, BGP,…
• Managing wireless based WiFi Networks (UNIFI solution). You must have previous
hands-on experience of UNIFI solution.
• Troubleshooting network issues with minimum CCNP (Cisco certified Network
Professional) knowledge & hands on skills
• Handling complex IT issues with minimum IT Support certification (MCSA/MCSE/ITS)
• Handling OS Installation & Troubleshooting including drivers with hands-on expert
level knowledge
• MSO365 installation & troubleshooting
• Administer network and data security, including directory structures, GP (group
policies), FIREWALLS, LOADBALANCERS, Antivirus, email security.
• Fetch data from different DATABASES (MS SQL) and network solutions and creating
daily/weekly/monthly reports with advanced level of reporting skills.
• Create, analyze, report, convert, or transfer data, using specialized applications
program software
• Install, configure, service, repair and maintain information technology systems in both
a stand-alone and client-server environment.

Qualifications:
• You must have at least one standard IT Industry certification (Minimum
MCSA/MCSE/ITS) & should be able to justify that with your knowledge/skills in
interview
• You must be minimum CCNP (Cisco certified Network Professional)
• Preference will be given to candidates with the following: A+, JNCIA, MCITP
• Matric / National Senior Certificate

Knowledge & Skills:

• Strong Network knowledge & skills of LAN/WAN, NFS/iSCSI, OSPF, BGP.


• Wireless based WiFi Networks
• Firewalls & VPN
• MSO365 Administration
• Email Security Solutions
