User Interface:
4.1 Home Page:
 Home Page Contains the feature of searching and browsing for the desired products
 Login/Register Page
 Top Navigation Contains the Link for Pages (About Us, Customer Service)
 Bottom Navigation Contains the Information and Policies

4.2 Customer Interface:
4.2.1 Searching and Browsing:
Could be used if customer wants to find products and browse item catalogue respectively.

4.2.2 Customer Registration

User give info and register on the portal to place the orders. All fields are mandatory to fill to
register on the portal

4.2.3 Customer Login:

 Login as registered user to the portal


 As soon as you login, portal will take to you your account. Click on “My Account” tab as
shown in the picture

 After clicking the Dashboard, buyer dashboard will open as shown in the picture
Orders Here shows the list of all of your previous and recent orders
Address You can manage your shipping and billing addresses here. You can edit
and update the same.
Account Details You can see your name, email address and mobile number here. You can
update your password here as well.
Feedback You can manage your feedbacks and reviews here
Inquiries Here you can see the inquiries you have sent to different sellers
regarding their products
Raise Ticket You can escalate your issues here regarding and order
Wishlist You can see the List of products here which you have added in your Wish
List.
Log Out Log out from your account after using for protecting from misuse

4.2.4 Placing Orders:

Steps Description
1) Search items Could be used if only customer wants to find products.
2) Browse items Could be used if only customer wants to browse item
catalog
3) View and Select Items Used to find and select product to purchase
4) Buy now Quick way for registered users to easily order an item
5) Add to cart Add a selected item to the shopping cart
6) View cart View item(s) in shopping cart
7) Proceed to checkout Select this option to get to the payment and checkout
8) Place your order After checking the address, place your order
9) Choose payment method Select your method of payment by which you want to pay
10) Make payment Make payment for the item in shopping cart

After making payment, you can see your order in Orders tab.

4.3 Seller Interface


4.3.1 Artisan/Seller Registration (For First time users)

At Home page go to option Weaver/Artisan Registration under Partner with Us. The Screenshot is
attached

As soon as you click the link, a new window will appear. Fill the relevant details and artisan/weaver will
registered.
Fill data in every field and click on Register Button as shown above

4.3.2 Seller/Artisan Login (Already Registered Sellers)

Login as Registered Seller on the Portal as shown in the picture below:

As soon as you click on the link, seller login page will open. You can fill the credentials and Login to
your Seller Dashboard:

4.3.3 Creating Shop Page


4.3.4 Uploading Products:

After Login as a Registered Seller, Seller Dashboard will open as shown below. Here you can see
overall scenario of your Account.

Here is a Tab “Product”. You can List/Upload your products/inventory following this tab/link. After
clicking the “Product “ Tab, a new page will open. There is an option of “Add Products” as shown
below
After clicking on “Add Products”, A new window will open where you can add the details of your
products. Products Details classified into three categories.

 Product Details (Such as Title, Price and Stock)


 Product Media (Images and Videos)
 Product Properties (Additional Features e.g. colour, material etc)

After filling the properties, click on the Submit Button as shown above. After clicking the Submit
button, your product will be added to your catalogue. You can see/edit the product in Product Tab.

4.4 Hardware Interface


The Application must run over the internet, all the hardware shall require to connect internet will be
hardware interface for the system. As for e.g. Modem, WAN,LAN,Ethernet Cross-Cable. The system
require Database also for the store the any transaction of the system like MYSQL, SQL Server etc.
System also require DNS (domain name space) for the naming on the internet. At the last, user need
web browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome for interact with the system.

4.5 Communication Interface


Any web application shall use the HTTPS(Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) for communication
over the internet and for intranet communication will be through TCP/IP protocol suite. The user
must have SSL certificate licensing registered web browser.
