• Email Selection: (Takes 24 hours for activation post selection)

• Timesheet Entry: Project allocation is mandatory for updating timesheet (To be
done by Manager)

• ADC (Associate Data Currency): 3 steps for compliance:
1. Role Tagging (To be done by Manager)
2. Declaring Competencies
3. Updating Digital Profile

Services → Digital Profile → Resume 100% Compliance

To Access TCS Mailbox:
1. Ensure Email selection is done as mentioned in previous notes from Global ESS
→ My Profile
2. Go to Ultimatix Home Page – Hover mouse over your name on top right corner –
Password Management – Set Secret Questions
3. Change Domain Account Password (Select “INDIA” from the drop down for Domain
Account & Choose Unlock & Set Password on next page)
4. Got to https://myapp.tcs.com
5. Login Using Ultimatix Credentials
6. On next page with Citrix dashboard, choose LIGHT VERSION button below Citrix
main button.
7. Select O365 Mail from the Application Page
8. Login using User Id : [email protected] & Password : Your Domain Account Password
that you reset as per Point# 3.
9. Register Mobile Number for OTP (One time activity during first time login.)
10. You can then access TCS mailbox.
