1. What technologies are used by JurongHealth? What purpose do they serve?


Answer: live screens were used to help patients and visitors in waiting areas, as to keep track of
their turn.

2. Search the web for RFID. Suggest an example of using RFID for locating and tracking people.
Answer: RFID would be used to find and extinguished different kinds of patients from each
other.

3. What information systems are implemented by JurongHealth? Describe the input, processing
and output of any one such system.
Answer: Visitor Management System that registers specific visitor/s for a patient.

4. Why are information systems important for JurongHealth?


Answer: Information systems is significant in JurongHealth as helped improved the management
and its staff. They are able to keep track and be organized.
