Title : MED-e-rep (Sales Cloud)


Client : GSK – Consumer Healthcare.
Organization : Mahindra Satyam
Environment : Sales force CRM, Force.com, Visual Force, Apex, Eclipse IDE and SOQL

Description:
GSK is trying to move its SFA application to Salesforce.com for nearly 40 markets worldwide for their
Pharmacy and Dental business. Associated with the Consumer healthcare division of GSK and has been
associated with the program for a year now. The project scope involves migrating the local instances of
CRM solutions to the Force.com platform, for over 1000 users worldwide. My role in the program has
been to address all the configuration and enhancement work required for the ongoing markets. The
application contains Business Brokers sell Businesses and the potential prospects/customers/buyers views
about the products and buy the products and the seller can provide a products for sale. The application
allows the agents, outlets to day to day operations and tracks all their activities.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse the business requirements and customize standard CRM functionality and develop new
custom functionality.
• Worked on the designing of custom objects, custom fields, role based page layouts, custom Tabs
and various other components as per the client and application requirements.
• Developed custom Apex triggers for custom objects as part of workflow rules.
• Developed custom pages using Apex, Visual force and controllers for customized UI of
application workflow.
• Involved in security levels and privileges by customizing Salesforce.com Profiles and Roles.

Title : Genworth- Long Term Care Lead Management System.


Client : Genworth Financial.
Organization : Mahindra Satyam

Visual Force, Data Loader.

Description:
Lead Management – As stated before Genworth Financial sells a varied variety of insurance
products. Lead Management was implemented in Salesforce.com for the Long Term Care business.
Genworth has divided the entire US into 23 logical regions. Every region has a general agent
associated to it along with a set of Career agents.There are specific zip codes which belong to every
region. Once leads are loaded into Salesforce.com they get assigned to the specific General agent on
the basis of the zip code of the lead. These leads in turn get assigned to the Career agent by the
General agent. The Career agent goes ahead and contacts the Lead and in turn dispositions it in
Salesforce.com based the type of response.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed the Custom objects, Custom tabs, Validation rules, Workflow Rules,
Email Alerts, Page layouts, Components, Visual Force Pages to suit to the needs of the
application.
• Modified and Developed Visual force pages, Custom/Standard Visual Force Controllers and
Apex classes for the business on various Custom Object.
• Created the Validation Rules, Approval Process, workflows, Email Alerts.

along with a maximum amount that they are willing to pay. The project is seen by coder’s available
world-wide and they place their bids on doing the work. And finally Buyers get software’s with
reasonable cost according to our specifications.

• Involved in writing action classes using Struts Framework 1.2.
