Boston Celtics consumers.

Introduction.
Boston Celtics are one of the teams that have emerged successfully. It has been able to
maintain the top five players among the basketball players in the whole world. They have been
able to come up with a strategy that they can remain successful. So many people have been
inspired by the player's leadership and courage that they show in every game they perform. This
team has been able to come up with a strategy that has attracted most of the consumers. The data
analysis on marketing has helped the team identify the trends for a consumer by changing the
data into valuable insight and have also helped identify the full pattern. This has helped in
delivering the correct information to the consumers, thus improving the market.
Data analysis has helped them predict the future and know the strategies to use to
maintain their consumers for them to keep the position of the most successful team. The team
have been able to come with a better a way of interacting with the consumer in the social media,
they keep sending videos and monitor them for them to know how the user is responding and
what is their suggestion for them to ensure they have satisfied the need of their consumer.
The demographic of the audience that the Boston Celtic team want to reach are their fan
especially in their own country, especially the youths, most of them are in love with the sport and
also most of them have engaged in sports activities. More than 2.2 million people in the Boston
area are Celtics fans, and therefore, they should be able to come up with a strategy they will use
to maintain their fans. Most of the fan are youths, even though some of the older adults also
support this team. The club needs to come up with ways that they will use to motivate their fans.
They also need to develop ways to ensure their competitors have not been able to be in a position
where they can defeat them.
Boston Celtics needs to come with new ways to help their consumers be motivated and
remain fans of their team. They need to keep on training for them to keep on winning, and this
will encourage their consumer to continue being their fan; they need to come up with ways that
they can do to appreciate their consumers, they need to be friendly when they are interacting
with their consumers in the social media. They need to ensure they upload all the videos in the
social media to update their fans. The current political environment that influences most youth to
be fans of this club is because so many clubs have emerged, and each person wants to be in a
team whose performance is good. One feel good when one is associated with a team whose
performance is good, and one feels motivated is one of the fans of the clubs.
Some of the cultural aspects that influence most youths to be fun of the sport activities is
the culture they are born in. if one is delivered in a family where they love anything concerning
sport activities, one ends up becoming fun. Most of the youths participate in sport activities and
this has played a big role in making them fun. And also, the culture where Boston Celtics have
been performing well for a long time has caused them to have many fans. Facebook and
Instagram are the best social media to use when communicating to potential consumers.
Conclusion.
Coming up with a new strategy to maintain the consumer is a crucial thing in the
development of any company, for it to be successful, an effective strategy must be applied and
implemented effectively. satisfaction of consumer is the key thing in the success of a company.
