- Primary Oracle Database Administrator (12c/19c/RAC) on the Individual Longitude Exposure Record (ILER) project for DOD/DHA, in
development (AWS/GovCloud), test , and production (IBM/AIX) environments.

- Development support provided against LINUX6.x/19c databases using multi-tenant architecture. Support provided within an Agile operating
environment which may include: Creation of schema objects to support new data models, data migration activities from external sources,
implementing materialized views, as well as provide documented DBA actions and procedures for product releases.

- Implement and execute 12c to 19c database upgrades for all AWS/GovCloud Linux backend databases in development. Apply oracle security
patches, automate databases RMAN backups, implement, and test recovery methods.

- Provide Production, Development, and Pre-Production database support against 19c/RAC two-node configurations operating on IBM/AIX.
Execute actions against environments that may include: Implement and administer materialized views for production ETL processes, administer
all RMAN backup, and recovery exercises, implement data migrations for ILER instances using refresh groups, export/import, provide in-depth
performance analysis, and recommendations with the use of AWR, and DBMS_SQLTUNE packages. Implement tuning recommendations
which may include SQL rewrites, additional indexed columns and/or SQL Profiles , provide analysis-based recommendations and actions for
database storage requirements, memory requirements, and multi-tenant consolidation. Evaluate, analyze and implement DOD database STIGS
(STIG Viewer) on production and pre-production environments as a part DBA tasks to support ATO

- Successful upgrade of all Development, Pre-production, and Production databases from version 12.2 /RAC to version 19.8/RAC (IBM/AIX)
End-to end implementation which may include pre-upgrade tasks, evaluation of obsolete and new parameters, backup/recovery posture, unified

physical standby database configuration. Apply Oracle Critical Patch Updates to all test, development, and
production environments. Create and maintain shell scripts (ksh) used to automate, and report daily tasks

- Responsible for implementing the initial security posture and configuration standards for Oracle 12c Multi-Tenant database
environments. Standards based on DISA/STIG requirements and recommendations. Develop methods to harden database systems
prior to community release. Database standards configured include: user and administrative profiles, roles and privileges, internal
packages, unified auditing configuration, secure network connections, backup and recovery, and patching.

- Team member responsibilities for monitoring and analysis of all enterprise oracle databases. Work with staff to gain an understanding
of how specific applications are used against the database. Build performance monitoring mechanisms to capture and identify events.
Use enterprise management tools such as Grid Control performance analyzer, and ADDM as well as customized scripts and UNIX
