ANSWER 02:

DEFINITION: Interview mean that a conducting a meeting or a conversation of


minimum two external (interviewer) which is interacting with participant
(interviewee) for the purpose of job recruiting, job appraisal and assign any
important task.

INTERVIEWER’S WORST FEAR:

1. They always fear about the think of that if the candidate recruited and it will be
incompetent, you have to give an extra time for their training. That’s mean the
candidate is a liability for organization.

2. Candidate won’t take their work seriously and you have to assign someone
specially who monitor a candidate. That’s mean it will be a time consumer.

3. If candidate is lazy and not give their 100% or effortless for organization so it
will not a good asset for an organization.

4. That you’re a quitter and you’ll walk out when they need you.

5. That you’re a constant complainer, or someone who blames others for your
mistakes, sloppy work, etc.

6. They fear about that if a candidate will be mood swinger, aggressive, rude so it
will be creating a disturbance and disturb the work environment.

7. They always fear about a one thing that if the candidate will be not showing a
pride in their work or appearance.

8. They fear about that if candidate is irresponsible, late comer, asking for more

MASLOW THEORY OF NEED/HIERARCHY
Maslow hierarchy of needs is motivational theory in psychology comprising a five
categories model of human needs frequently depicted as hierarchical levels within
a pyramid.

the safety needs and now, they desire to Belongingness and love needs and desire
to make a friend and intimate the relationship and after the completing of these
desires they move more upward to Esteem needs and they desire to achieved some
accomplishments in their life. After completed all these four stages now human can
move to the self-actualization stage and they desire to achieve one’s full potential,
including creative activities, and desire to fulfill their dreams and achieved their
goals.

The way we see and think about ourselves this is called self-esteem. It can reflect a
person’s overall emotional assessment in their own worth.

It is a judgment of oneself as well as an attitude toward the self.

Consequences of Low Self Esteem

• Sensitivity to criticism: people get sensitive and criticize to everyone

• Social withdrawal: They can withdrawal from the social activities and being

Non-verbal communication is frequently understood as the process

some experts even suggest that it can be more important than IQ in your overall
