cab for her on a very busy day. She had to go to work and was legally blind. As a
taxi dispatcher of the previous employer I have worked with, taking control of the
situation was a must. So I personally contacted and asked each one of my drivers
who could be available to pick her up on the a requested time. I did update her
that I did find a driver for her and would be there on time. SHe was very pleased
and told me I made her day.
