Estonia (country code +372)

Communication of 6.V.2005:
The Estonian National Communications Board (SIDEAMET), Tallinn, announces the introduction of
a new National Numbering Plan (NNP) in Estonia (Regulation No. 41 of the Minister of Economic Affairs
and Communications of 4 April 2005). This Regulation is established on the basis of the new Electronic
Communications Act.
General features of the new numbering plan:
• The Estonian Numbering Plan is a closed numbering plan, where geographic area dialling
numbers (geographic area codes) are absent.
• Calling Estonia from abroad does not change. When dialling from abroad to Estonia:
international access code (international prefix) followed by the country code of Estonia (372)
followed by the National (Significant) Number (N(S)N).
The maximum length of an international number is fifteen (15) digits.
