    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    Settlement of Estate and such other deeds, instruments and documents of any nature to any
    juridical entity and/or government agency which my Attorney-in-Fact may consider necessary or
    desirable in connection with the exercise of powers confirmed hereby, under such terms and
    conditions as said Attorneys-in-Fact may deem fit and proper;

    3. To transact business with the Bureau of the Internal Revenue (BIR), City Assessor’s Office, Registry
    of Deeds (ROD), Land Registration Authority (LRA), and/or any government offices in all matters
    relating to the aforementioned real properties;

    4. To process, pay fees necessary, facilitate and follow-up the transfer of ownership and/or registration
    of aforementioned real properties in my name before the proper government agencies;

    5. To demand, claim and receive the copy of the document evidencing my ownership over the
    aforementioned real properties; and

    6. To do all acts necessary to give effect to the foregoing authority.

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my Attorneys-in-Fact full power and authority to do and
    perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary or proper to be done and about the
    premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present, and acting in
    person; and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall lawfully do or
