The principal of Basud Elementary School wrote a letter to the City Councilor of Tabaco City requesting the donation of a body weight scale. The school is required to weigh pupils enrolled in the School Based Feeding Program every quarter to monitor their weight improvement. In order for us to monitor the weight improvement of the pupils through the School Based
Feeding Program sponsored by the Department of Education, weighing every after quarter is
a requirement.

With this, the school must have an accurate weight of every beneficiaries of the program that
will be submitted to the concerned office.

In line with this, may we solicit from your good office a body weight scale (detecto) that will
surely help the teachers in monitoring the weight of not only the beneficiaries but also the
rest of the pupils.
